Stansted Airport and parking is much like other airports throughout London and the United Kingdom. However, it does offer four options for parking, two of which are somewhat uncommon. It is nice to have more choices.

The premium parking option at Stansted Airport is valet parking. This is a great selection for the on-the-go person who likes to stay focused and delegate the little things. Simply one arrives at the airport terminal for the drop-off. It is secured during travel and is waiting in short term parking when they arrive. This makes it quick to get out of the airport. This is also the most expensive option.

The next option is short stay parking for those who are not traveling but picking-up or dropping-off. If one will be at the airport for a quick moment there is 15-minute Zone that charges less. There is also premium Fast Track parking which is a close to the terminal, provides wide parking spaces, and has dedicated entry and exit points (hence, Fast Track). This is good for those who do not like dealing with traffic and want to pick-up or drop-off and go. Short stay parking is closest to the terminal but also expensive.

Finally, the last two are mid stay and long stay parking. Basically, both are long stay types of parking. However, mid stay is a bit closer to the terminal and the shuttle travels every ten minutes. Whereas, the long stay parking departs every fifteen minutes for the terminal. Among Stansted Airport and parking options, long stay is the least expensive.
